The LAS Seed Grants for Social Sciences (SGSS) provide competitive funding to enhance scholarly research in the social sciences and enable preliminary data in support of future extramural grant proposals. The maximum award amount is $8,000. Proposals should be submitted electronically to Julie Palmer. Research reports are due within 30 days of the end of the fiscal year in which funding is used.
