- Liaison to senior HR Partner for hiring issues
- Ensures process compliance
- Develops recruitment plans
- Reviews hiring Workday processes
- Approves hiring Workday processes
- Creates and manages requisitions
- Reviews candidates for qualifications
- Checks candidate references
- Negotiates salary
- Prepares employment offer
- Communicates with unsuccessful candidates
- Facilitates post doc hiring process (post a position, assess candidates, communicate updates to hiring manager, entry into Workday)
